University Placement Policy

A student-first approach to career development and ethical recruitment. This policy guides the placement journey for all students from Medical, Nursing, Ayurveda, Biotechnology, Agriculture, Microbiology, and Management streams.

Purpose of the Policy

The Placement Policy ensures a fair, transparent, and structured framework to support students in pursuing internships and job placements. It helps align academic learning with industry expectations and professional growth.

Who is Eligible?

  • Final-year students of all programs (UG/PG)
  • No active backlogs or pending results
  • Completion of Placement Registration
  • Attendance in training & mock interviews
Note: Eligibility is subject to academic performance, discipline records, and approval by department or placement coordinator.

Registration & Participation

  1. Fill out the official Placement Registration Form (Google Form/Portal).
  2. Submit a professional resume as per the university format.
  3. Attend orientation sessions, resume reviews, and interview training.
  4. Check email and placement groups regularly for updates.

Placement Process Flow

  1. Opportunity Notification: Shared via email & WhatsApp/Telegram
  2. Pre-Placement Talk: Company briefing (online/offline)
  3. Application Submission: Resume screening and shortlisting
  4. Assessment Round: Test/GD/Interview as per recruiter
  5. Final Selection: Offer letter through T&P Cell

Job Offer Policy

  • One student – one job offer (unless higher package/core profile)
  • Offer acceptance must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours
  • Rejecting an offer post-acceptance may lead to disqualification
  • No direct communication with recruiters without T&P approval

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to uphold professionalism and integrity throughout the placement process.
  • Follow formal dress code for interviews and company visits
  • Avoid fake information in resumes or applications
  • Report misconduct or unethical practices immediately to T&P Cell
  • Be punctual, respectful, and responsible during all interactions

Field-Specific Placement Streams

Medical & Nursing

Hospitals, diagnostic labs, telemedicine companies, clinical trials, health NGOs, and insurance sectors.

Biotech & Microbiology

Biotech firms, R&D labs, pharma QA/QC, food safety, genetic research, and environmental testing labs.

Ayurveda

Ayurvedic clinics, wellness centers, herbal product companies, Panchakarma hospitals, and research institutions.

Management

Roles in healthcare management, HR, marketing, hospital administration, and medical sales.
